While I mainly blog about immigration issues, especially those affecting scientists, employers and others, I heard this podcast about the importance of sleep particularly as it relates to being productive at work and in life, and thought it would be helpful to some of you. I know many scientists, and other professionals, try to get by with little sleep, and hopefully listening to this podcast will change your mind on the amount of sleep you need to really be productive. I like this podcast because the speaker is very interested in using good, research based statistics in support of his discussion. Let me know what you think.
