Did you receive An USCIS Receipt Notices with RFE’s embedded in it? Don’t Worry, it was a Mistake

Recently USCIS has mistakenly sent out many receipt notices for applications (I-140’s, I-129’s, etc.) in which there was a request for evidence embedded in the actual receipt notice.  Usually USCIS will send out a separate notice if they feel that they need additional documents.  According to USCIS this was a mistake and those requests can be ignored.  If they require additional evidence they will send out a separate notice.  Of course you should always contact your attorney about such matters before doing anything.
