According to USCIS, the random selection lottery for the 2016 H-1B cap has been completed. USCIS received nearly 233,000 H-1B applications for the cap. Accordingly, USCIS should be sending out both receipts as well as applications that were not selected in the next couple of weeks. Premium Processing will begin no later than May 11, 2015.
