USCIS Completes H-1B cap count and selection

USCIS reported today that it has completed the random selection process for H-1B cap cases.  This year USICS received 199,000 applications, down slightly from last year.   Receipts should start to go out shortly.

I am an immigration attorney with over 20 years of experience. I was graduated from Brandeis University undergrad in 1990 and then spent a year traveling around Central America. In 1991 I began attending the University of Baltimore School of Law and was graduated in 1994.   1. Do you have any news about f4 category,can we see good movement in upcoming months or not.Is it possible that the time period can go back to the 9 or 10 years of wait.
